Relax and take control

Your habits, beliefs and emotional responses all reside within your subconscious mind.

In order to transform them, you need to access them where they live.
One of the most effective ways to reach the subconscious mind is to relax. By relaxing deeply you can overcome anxious thoughts and feelings and train your brain to feel safe and calm.
You may have noticed that attempting to transform thoughts and feelings while stressed out doesn’t always work…..but if you relax you can start to take control…try this….
Take a nice, deep, letting go breath…
Relax all of the muscles in your face, your forehead, eyes and down through your jaw…
Relax your shoulders, your torso, all the way down through your body to the very tips of your toes…
Take another nice, deep, letting go breath…
Now slowly repeat… “I am safe, I am calm, I believe in myself, today will be a great day”
Repeat this 10 times and you’re ready for your day
